These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Care Planning Pro (the "Service") operated by Care Planning Pro, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

3. Geographic Restriction (United States Only)

The Service is intended for individuals located within the United States. We do not represent that the Service is appropriate outside the United States.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or terminate accounts associated with non‑U.S. access.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Digital Product Delivery & Refund Policy

The Service is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property & License

The Service and all related materials are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. No Medical Advice & HIPAA Disclaimer

The Service provides organizational and AI-assisted tools only. It does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

HIPAA Notice: Care Planning Pro, LLC is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The Service is not designed to be HIPAA compliant. You acknowledge that information entered into the Service may not be protected health information under HIPAA.

8. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and must be independently reviewed before reliance.

9. Local Data Storage & Data Loss

The Service uses a local-first architecture. Your data is stored in your browser and not maintained on our servers.

If you clear browser data or switch devices, your data may be permanently lost. You are responsible for backups.

10. Data Accuracy & Profile Assignment

You are responsible for reviewing all data entered or generated through the Service. Errors such as misassignment or incorrect summaries may occur.

The Company is not liable for data misplacement, scan errors, or user failure to verify information.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (hosting, AI processing, payments, analytics). We are not responsible for their actions or outages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or terminate accounts at any time.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of the Service.

19. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Georgia.

20. Severability
