Care Planning Pro is a digital software service delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Access to the Service is provided immediately upon successful purchase.
2. All Sales Final
Because the Service provides immediate access to digital tools and content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Limited Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Technical failures preventing access to the Service
